At the 2025 Esri User Conference, taking place July 14–18, Esri will launch its Open Platform area—an exhibit space focused on geospatial standards (OGC, ISO), data integration, metadata management, and security.

The area will feature four themed kiosks and a Spotlight Theater with short talks on tools and best practices for working with open and interoperable data. It will be open from July 15 to 17.

With this initiative, Esri reinforces its commitment to a more open, flexible GIS platform aligned with the FAIR principles.
