The 44th annual event will take place September 24–26, bringing together operators, supervisors, and managers to compete, learn, and network.

The Western Snow & Ice Conference 2025, along with the National Snow Roadeo, will take place from September 24 to 26 in Loveland, Colorado. Celebrating its 44th edition, the event brings together snow and ice professionals from across the region for three days of learning, competition, and collaboration.

Attendees will participate in technical sessions, supervisory workshops, and operator training programs focused on the latest practices in winter maintenance. A key highlight is the National Snow Roadeo, where equipment operators compete in obstacle courses and skill tests using plows, loaders, graders, and more.

The conference will also feature a Winter Maintenance Supervisor Certificate session, an interactive expo hall, and a mobile app for real-time event guidance.

Together, these elements offer a dynamic environment to strengthen the snow and ice management community through shared innovation, operational excellence, and peer engagement.
